Involve day-to-day work scope of the finance team, implementing accounting processes, financial analysis and budget preparation. In detail, overseeing five main areas of the finance function ie, Financial Report, Account Payable, Fixed Asset, Audit and Tax Audit.

Handling and maintaining a full set of accounts, cash flow, debtors and creditors control. Preparation of monthly Management Reports and dealing with auditors (internal and external). To prepare monthly staff payroll. Involved in budget preparations and submissions of the budget proposal to Funders. Involved in handling administrative matters of the company e.g. staffing and dealing with authorities. Involved in organising and arrangement of events such as training, workshops etc.
