In my role as Enterprise Managing Consultant at RealFoundations, I founded and led a new marketing and sales practices area for this global professional services firm focused exclusively on the commercial real estate industry. This initiative positioned the firm to better serve multifamily operators by emphasizing the critical link between improving customer experience and enhancing net operating income.Through consulting engagements, I benchmarked the performance of over 30 customer experience applications, helping multifamily operators meet the growing demand for tech-enabled leasing and living experiences. My efforts included delivering actionable operational recommendations designed to enhance resident loyalty, boost employee satisfaction, and drive profitability for our clients. I also conceptualized and published the firm's inaugural Customer Experience Technology Survey Report, which evaluated the influence of various applications on customer touchpoints across 600,000 multifamily units.
