I am a software developer who is always hungry in making myself stay relevant in currently fast-paced digital era. I like to learn various technologies as I believe that learning them may not always be useful, but at least, it makes us aware of the existing technology, and we can implement it to improve our applications should the need arises.I aim to have a T-shaped skills, which the main focus is software development, while the lateral focus being anything that supports the software to be running smoothly, reliably and in secure manner.I value attitude as well as skills, and this is why I expect myself to be responsible, take the ownership of my work, push myself to achieve higher standards, and happy to help the others as it would be more beneficial for me, my team, and my company.In order to achieve high standards in my work, my work approaches are:1. Try to check and listen to all the problems that we have.2. Discuss with related parties to sort the problems by priorities.3. Consider all the possible solutions and their side effect.4. Discuss with team members and my reporting manager of the solutions that I have given thought to.5. We select the best solution and apply them.6. If there is any side effect of the applied solution that is not thought of before, we fix them, and take the mistake as a chance to learn so we can afford to not repeat them again in the future.I am also a keen believer of continuous improvement. Technologies are constantly updated, and we need to catch up with them in order not to be left out of the advancements. We may not use all the things that we learn, but, in the process of learning, we can take anything beneficial to improve the qualities of our applications, our tools, and our work methodologies. This way, we are getting more and more efficient and effective to make ourselves more competitive, which is good for us and for our company as well.
