I am a seasoned intellectual property and litigation attorney with a background in engineering. In addition, I am registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential through IAPP. My practice has evolved over the years, providing a wide array of IP experience in patents, trademarks, and copyrights, including litigation, licensing, counseling, and prosecution. Before returning to New York and joining Philips Lighting (now Signify), I worked in the Denver office of Holland & Hart LLP, focusing on high-stakes IP litigation.
