Rob Hart joined Oberfeld Snowcap as an Account Executive in 2009, bringing over 15 years of corporate real estate experience to the table. He served as Director, Retail Leasing and Store Development with TELUS, shepherding the company through a dynamic period of growth in their national retail portfolio. Before TELUS, Mr. Hart spent five years as Manager, Real Estate - Retail at Rogers Communications, where he was responsible for Rogers’ national wireless category retail portfolio. He began his corporate real estate career in 1994 as a Development Coordinator—first at Maple Leaf Foods, then at Canadian Tire—before making his move to Rogers as a Real Estate Analyst. Rob Hart has a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Ryerson University (Urban and Regional Planning) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph (Urban Geography). He also holds the ICSC Senior Certified Leasing Specialist designation. This winning combination of experience, training and passion makes Rob Hart a significant asset to the Oberfeld Snowcap team.
