First and foremost I love coding and solving problems. I was fifteen when i have written my first program in Pascal. I had trained software and hardware in high school and higher vocational school. Then I graduated as a information and educational technology teacher.For my first professional contract, I was given opportunity to develope and integrate surveys and manage contact center which was FGS for twenty agents. My second contract was related with ecoomerce. I have learnt ecommerce key features. During this contract i have discovered importance of contact center for ecommerce. I had started my own company which name was Fiesta (Future internet solutions and technologies agency). The company's aim was setup contact center for ecommerce and market research companies. This startup succeded to serve over thirty project for forteen different companies.Since 2016, I have improved myself on development with Genesys and asterisk contact center products.
