I currently manage the Customer Projects development team, which works towards the primary goal of delivering custom mobile software for high profile clients. Smartphone Applications and mobile optimised web sites are designed and tested exclusively against specified customer business requirements. The role is responsible for all stages of the development and design cycle ranging from the initial engagement with the customer via a team of Pre Sales Consultants, through all stages of development, testing, implementation and project management.

Overall responsibility for all aspects of IS within DSGI Business. This included control of the annual technology budget, along with the day to day management and direction of 35 staff with wide ranging degrees of technical experience and knowledge.
