About Harvey Zeytuntsyan

I am currently an adjunct teaching paralegal and law and public policy courses. I also independently publish technical learning content on a global learning platform. My skills courses on Udemy have reached best-selling and top-rated status. My legal experience in the last 6+ years focused on a federal administrative area (business immigration). I've interfaced with several U.S. federal agencies, including DHS and DOL state-side, and DOS internationally. I have partnered with publicly-traded, privately-held, and venture-backed start-up organizations in the U.S. within various industries--including high technology; software; financial services; biotechnology and pharmaceuticals; and advanced manufacturing -- to guide them with respect to global talent. I provide deep analysis and practical counseling to clients and help them file petitions and respond to office actions by the applicable agency, including complex requests for evidence that focus on regulatory law and policy. In the course of my work, I had opportunities to meet, represent, and learn from talented and hard-working engineers, researchers, scientists, inventors, athletes, medical professionals, and executives. I have unique experience working with innovative companies, researchers, inventors, and professors with high-achievement visa categories (e.g., EB-1A / EB-1B / and National Interest Waiver).I earned a J.D. at the University of San Diego, School of Law, where I was a co-chair for the Diversity Committee (Admissions Workshop). I earned a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where I concentrated on social psychology and public affairs / public policy. Prior to my time at UCLA, I also helped conduct and present laboratory research at the University of Southern California (USC) Pharmaceutical Sciences Center, focusing on early (in vitro) assays for drug candidates for treating complex disease. In my leisure time, I enjoy being outdoors and active through running, hiking, and kayaking.

Listed skills include Writing, Immigration Law, Motions, Litigation, and 144 others.
