Prior to joining BearingPoint in 2007, I served as an intern at the Aga Khan University Hospital Human Resource Development Department in 2006 where my responsibilities included gathering information pertaining to the training and development needs assessment of the 4000 plus employees at AKUH, compiling detailed information regarding their educational background, department, designation and existing skill set as well as performance evaluation data of the latest year, identifying loopholes in the current information gathering procedure for training needs assessment, developing and documenting a detailed report on the compiled data and presenting the findings to the HRD Manager.

After completing my BBA (4 years) degree, I joined Eastern General Insurance Company Ltd as an Administration Executive.
