I’m artist who knows how to draw solutions for emerging problems and a magician who creates chances during crises, or easily, I am an “ENGINEER”.I’m a Syrian-German Engineer and a PhD candidate in the last year, who is passionate about Engineering. I’ve grown my skills in :- Water Engineering (management, treatment and supply)- IT / Web development - Problem solving- Leadership- Telling narratives that motivate (that’s what others tell me).Thanks my hardworking, commitment and back paid Karmas, I can say that I have a successful career runway. Twice award-winning. Along the way, I enjoyed doing diverse tasks during my job such as:- Being the chief operating officer and the responsible for the Odoo business at DastN IT conculting.- Being responsible for three accomplished and one ongoing research projects at UDE, which include doing experimental research as well as writing proposals and reports.- Teaching two engineering courses at UDE: since April 2018, I have been holding the exercise lectures for the subject “Mechanical Process Engineering in Water Treatment” for bachelor's and master’s students.- Presenting of research results at about ten inter- / national specialized conferences and events as well as one peer-reviewed and one conference papers.- Supervising several research master theses.- Supporting and guiding students before, during and after their study.The topic of my PhD is the optimization of the polyether sulfone ultrafilters for the treatment of oily produced water.When I am not at work, with my lovely family or my close fiends I like to spend the time doing one of my spare-time hobbies:- Blogger for issues regarding water, personal development, migration and teaching German language on my personal blog www.fellow-advisor.com and co-moderate an Arabic speaking blog www.wieawo.de with two other friends .- Web developer, who likes to play with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery or WordPress.Feel free to reach out if you ever need my support guidance or advice regarding emotional, career study, migration issues.
