Primarily responsible for the overall supervision of structural and Architectural work including execution of job as per shop drawings, checking of layout, steel reinforcement, formwork , waterproofing, Blockwork, plaster, tilling work, painting, and witnessing various Types of Tests at site and laboratory.Responsible for reviewing civil/structural shop drawings to ensure its compliance with design requirements and to ensure that it has been properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted as per construction schedule.Directly coordinating with the contractor regarding project activities such as the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client’s requirements.Ensuring the subcontractors comply with operational and safety standards.Reviewing and supervising subcontractor daily and weekly inspection reports,Providing documentation relating to changes in contract work.QA/QC inspections as per approved check sheet, method statement, specification and drawings on siteSupervision of Concreting for different Structural Elements. Preparation of progress reports on a daily basis.Responsible for monitoring daily activities of the site such as to ensure the quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, that only approved materials are used in compliance with shop drawings, an inspection of materials delivered to site and report about the same to the management. Checking the Progress of Works to be according to the Scheduled Program and issuing necessary Instructions for speeding up in order to avoid delay.Assuring the safety of works as per the EHS regulations.Liaising with Authority regarding the work in execution and follow up approval.Liaising with designing team regarding technical problems on-site. Attending site progress, technical and coordination meetings.

Ensure that all construction operations are carried out in accordance with the Project Specification, Construction Procedure, inspection and testing plan and approved method statement.Daily progress report.Responsible for implementation of project layout on-site according to drawings.Responsible for site supervision of all civil work starting from site clearance.Ensuring the proper implementation of Inspection and Testing procedure, Project QC procedure, Method Statement and Inspection and Testing Plans; through surveillance monitoring of the related site activities. Witness planned inspection and test as per the relevant inspection and test plans and liaises with site engineers and supervisory staff of the Consultants. Responsible for monitoring daily activities of the site such as ensuring the quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, that only approved materials are used in compliance with shop drawings, an inspection of materials delivered to site. Review material/document submittals to ensure execution of work as per specification/manufacturer’s recommendations. Liaising with the technical team regarding technical problems on-site.
