With over two decades of experience in the software development industry, I have developed a deep understanding of various programming languages and frameworks, mainly including Assembly and C at the low levels, Delphi and C# at the high levels, ANSI SQL, T-SQL and PL/SQL as generic and DBMS specific counterparts. I have also worked with various virtualization and cloud technologies; but I am currently using AWS mainly for my cloud service requirements.I am committed to programming language agnosticism, which allows me to select the right tools for the job and build robust, scalable software solutions that are not limited by technology constraints. I have also contributed to several open-source projects, which has allowed me to gain insights and knowledge from the wider community of developers.My experience in O.S. Development, ERP Systems, CRM Systems, Telecommunication and currently in Fintech has allowed me to learn, assess and develop a keen understanding of the unique challenges in the industries, including memory management, scaling, monitoring, performance, maintainability, regulatory compliance and data security.My infinite and eager curiosity for science in general and not just software technologies but almost all of the computer related technologies allowed me to keep learning everyday and approach anything with an out-of-the-box attitude. Not every challenge has the same solution!..As a Software Development Manager, I have led teams to deliver high-quality software solutions by fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and innovation. I believe in encouraging my co-workers and colleagues to explore new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends to continually improve our processes and practices.I am also a strong advocate of the "Long Term Student Part-Time/Intern Developer" programmes, which I was very fortunute to create at my current company. Those programmes allow our very young, newly to-be-graduated colleagues to have a kickstart to their careers and a sweet taste of our professional software development world.
