• Processing of resignations and responsible to complete relevant formalities through coordination from Manager / Departmental Head.• Monitoring systematic approval of Resignations in line with the mutual consent of Area & Regional authorities.• Assessing the legitimacy of exit formalities and issuance of Resignation Acceptance or Non-Acceptance Letter.• Full and Final Settlement of permanent & contractual resigned staff after complete adjustment of his/her dues according to policy.• Coordinate with Finance Department for the disbursement of payables / receivables.• Ensure surrender of bank facilities by the leaving employee in coordination with relevant branches / departments.• Responsible to design and improve procedures of resignation / final settlement process.• Responsible for reporting of outstanding loans of ex-employees to RAMD department.• Ensuring proper verification of antecedents (i.e. last employments) of the staff.• Processing of Staff Auto Loan.• Ensure for disbursement payment form CAD department.

• Establish and implement financial procedures in line with organizational requirement.• Controls for accounting procedures and systems including project costing & controlling.• Manage daily transactions, tax returns, Payroll, budged & funds management, financial statement and period closing.• Issue cheque and payment voucher to vendors.• Handling petty cash on daily basis.• Control administration issues.
