Managing staff loan applications (house loan, auto loan, labbaik loan) on daily basis.Responsible to maintain MIS of Staff Loans.Processing Loan takeover IOMs and proper follow-up with new on-boarding employees.Processing and calculation of Vehicle up-gradation applications of eligible staff.Works with HR takaful team and support their operations.Assist in performance appraisal exercise and maintain record of appraisal forms.Works collaboratively with senior staff and peers to identify and define effective and efficient working relationships, service levels, and expectations throughout the organization.Participate in Multiple Batch hiring activities

• Processing of resignations and responsible to complete relevant formalities through coordination from Manager / Departmental Head.• Monitoring systematic approval of Resignations in line with the mutual consent of Area & Regional authorities.• Full and Final Settlement of Assessing the legitimacy of exit formalities and issuance of Resignation Acceptance or Non-Acceptance Letter.• Permanent & contractual resigned staff after complete adjustment of his/her dues according to policy.• Coordinate with Finance Department for the disbursement of payables / receivables.• Ensure surrender of bank facilities by the leaving employee in coordination with relevant branches / departments.• Responsible to design and improve procedures of resignation / final settlement process.• Responsible for reporting of outstanding loans of ex-employees to RAMD department.• Ensuring proper verification of antecedents (i.e. last employments) of the staff.• Make attrition report quarterly.• Convert Account status of staff account to customer• Resolved unauthorized absent / pending resignation cases.• Dealing with Third Parties.• Responsible to check monthly payroll of all outsourced staff.• Performance appraisal for outsourced staff.• Closed coordination with Outsourced Service Provider at the time of joining & Separation.

• Establish and implement financial procedures in line with organizational requirement.• Controls for accounting procedures and systems including project costing & controlling.• Manage daily transactions, tax returns, Payroll, budged & funds management, financial statement and period closing.• Issue cheque and payment voucher to vendors.• Handling petty cash on daily basis.• Control administration issues.
