Lenovo X1 Notebook upgrade project. Assisted a team of 3 other contractors as well as 3 staff members in setting up loaner laptops. Setting up loaners basically consisted of obtaining the users login ID and password and logging in from IT office location and allowing a background script to run. After background script was allowed to run following a series of prompts then launched Outlook and Word and configured their location profile information which was the final steps in prepping the users loaner laptop. Once loaner laptop was prepped users original laptop (Lenovo T61-X200) was then retrieved and brought back to the IT department location for profile and data transfer to new X1 Lenovo Notebook. Profile and users data was then transferred to a network share and back down to users new upgraded Notebook. 2 to 3 users could be completed in one day depending on the availability of the users laptop.
