I am a postdoctoral fellow at KAUST, where I work on vertically stacked nanosheets for charge-trapping memory for in-memory applications. This project aims to develop novel and scalable devices that can enable faster and more energy-efficient computing systems.With a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from IIT Indore and a master's in nanotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology, I have a strong background in nanoelectronics and device simulation. I have published multiple papers and conferences in this field, and have collaborated with leading researchers and institutions. During my Ph.D., I simulated new emerging devices such as junctionless and tunnel field-effect transistors for capacitorless DRAM. After completing my Ph. D., I joined Gachon University as a postdoctoral fellow, where I worked on charge-trapping memory for artificial synapses for neuromorphic applications.My passion is to explore and develop innovative and impactful solutions for the challenges and opportunities in the nanoelectronics industry. I am also motivated by learning new skills and technologies and sharing my knowledge and experience with others. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of science and technology for the benefit of society.
