Quality control inspectors examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.Surveillance and Inspection of Construction activities for Electrical Equipments (Power anddistribution Transformer, MV, LV Switch gear, MV Main Pump Motor, Booster Pump Motor,HV/MV/LV-Switch gear, Bus Duct, Capacitor, , Power Distribution Board, UPS Panel with BatterySystem) and HV 132 kV cables as well as MV,LV, Control and Instrument Cables. ▪ Inspection of fabrication of all cable tray support, Base Frame/support of Electrical Panel /Instrument Cabinet, Junction Box, Power Distribution Board, Instrument panel Frame support,and various type support for fire and gas instruments, as per the final approved drawing, hook updrawing and lay out drawing. ▪ Inspection of all Electrical Equipment’s Installation, Conduits Installation, Earthing and LightningSystem Installation, as per approved Method Statement (QCP), ITP, Check List, ProjectSpecification. ▪ Inspection and witness of Hi-pot of HV and MV Cables, Insulation resistance Test and continuitycheck of HV, MV and LV cablesKnowledge of drawing such as Project Basic Design, Project scope of work, Project Drawing index,Electrical Equipment Layout, Cable routing Trench, Cable Tray, Instrument Equipment LayoutDrawing, P&ID, Instrument Hook up Drawing, Instrument Installation Details, Location Drawing,General arrangement drawing, Cable Schedule.

Inspecting and verifying the quality and suitability of electrical materials, components, and equipment, including cables, wires, transformers, switchgear, panels, and control systems, to ensure conformity with project requirements. All the material received at site should be recorded in MIR or RFI.

Coordinating with Construction Supervisor project plan drawing review-having AFC drawingofficially approved documentation. ▪ Represent Company during weekly meeting concerning schedule plan activity and project plan onall tools and equipment needed for construction. ▪ Supervised and monitoring the flow of inspection on-site prior to meet the project deadline. ▪ Tasks to monitor all subcontractor activity priors for deadline start of electrical Workload. ▪ Able to analyzed every area to be surveillance and witness prior for RFI to be offered to the mainclient for inspection. ▪ To undertake inspection of vendor skids before final acceptance by client. ▪ On-site audits of subcontractor. Ensuring installation, Inspection, testing reports & Certificatesare sign off client. ▪ QC surveillance of construction on continuous basis and confirmRectification punch list items & sign off same when satisfactorily completed. ▪ Cable trays, Junction Box, Cabling for panels, Analyzers, pumps and motors, Electrical Panels forUtilities, Lighting and Receptacles, Lightning arrestors as per Drawings and Specifications of thecontract

Preparation of Quality Records and monitoring of work to maintain and adhere to quality ofworks. ▪ Surveillance/Witness inspection of the Electrical and instrumentation equipment. ▪ Check the scope of work and drawing if there is no violation in the specification & standard. ▪ Supervise the work under as per specification and standard. ▪ Reporting and issuance of NCR to all noted deficiencies and give advice for its preventive andcorrective actions. ▪ Testing and Installation witnessing in every electrical/instrumentation activities ▪ Implementation of inspection work in strict compliance to Project Specifications. ▪ Close coordination with client’s QC representatives and inspectors for anticipation of possible Non Conformance and discuss both preventive and corrective actions.▪ Deals with reviewing of all ITP's/QCP/Method Statement/ Material Approval prior for projectplan preparation
