•Providing support to Relationship Managers and acting as the connector between RM’s and Client Implementation team to ensure client intent and needs are fully understood by all internal stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle.• Coordination, production, renegotiation and approval client contracts (IMA’s, Distribution Agreements, Rebate Letters) and supporting documents for onward distribution to our clients• Acting as the central point of contact across the organization for the full contract lifecycle, Contract being won, preparation first draft of IMA’s, Investment Guidelines, Side Letters, Fee agreement, Distribution Agreements, Platform Agreements and MPF Agreements• Facilitating and coordinating all internal stakeholders involved in the on-boarding process, ensuring their comments are fully reflected in the contract and requisite approvals are obtained in line with SSGA policy• Project managing account take on, transitions and terminations, helping to define and implement an efficient onboarding process providing clients with an exceptional level of service, resolving operational enquiries, working closely with Portfolio Managers, Strategist’s, product specialists, Client Implementation, legal and AML/KYC teams.
