Supervise the newly formed Microsoft Teams Voice Collaboration group. Core responsibilities include:License Management - Microsoft 365 Phone Service license, Shared License, Calling Plans and Resource licensing. Device Management - Test/Onboard physical Teams devices for end user and common area phone deployment where necessary. Configure Calling and Phone policies where appropriate. PSTN Connectivity and Phone Number Management - Select and configure PSTN options, including Microsoft Calling Plan, Operator Connect and Direct Routing.Deployment and Monitoring - Ensure a smooth transition from Cisco Call Manager to Teams Calling for all global locations, includes detailed coordination with multiple business groups and stakeholders, targeted communication efforts, support documentation and training. Results tracking and issue resolution.
