Merhaba, tüm kariyerim boyunca eğitim departmanlarında ya da akademilerde, eğitim üzerine aldığım ünvanların ötesinde, yaptığım iş her zaman öğrenme deneyimi tasarlamak ve çalışanların beklenen iş performanslarına ulaşmasını sağlamak oldu. Bu yüzden işimi, öğrenme deneyimi tasarımcısı ve performans danışmanı olarak ifade ediyorum.Gerek sınıf eğitimi gerekse online eğitim olsun, eğitimin birincil amacının motivasyon değil performans olması gerektiği tüm çağdaş yaklaşımlarda önemle bahsedilir. Dolayısıyla tasarım süreci, performansa yani katılımcının bizatihi ‘yapma’sına odaklanmalıdır. İşte, tam bu noktaya odaklandığımızda, performans beklediğimizde, tasarım önemli bir beceri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Gerçekleştirdiğim projelerde, hem deneyimlerim, hem de alan yazında elde ettiğim tüm bilgileri bir araya getirerek performans odaklı tasarım yaklaşımını uyguluyorum.Aynı zamanda öğrenme süreci sadece sınıfta değil, çoğunlukla sınıf dışı ortamlarda gerçekleşmektedir. Birbirimizden, iç eğitimcilerden, mentor’den, koç’tan, lider’den, geri bildirim’den öğreniyoruz. Bu yüzden öğrenmeyi bir süreç olarak alıyorum ve farklı ortamlarda öğrenmenin güçlendirilmesi için de tasarımlar yapıyorum. Tasarımlarım, performans sorununu doğru tespit etmek ile başlayıp, performansın sağlanması, devam etmesi ve nihayetinde ölçümünün sağlanmasına hizmet etmektedir.Eğer kurumunuzda öğrenmenin bir tasarıma ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, her zaman destek olmaya hazırım.
