 Develop Process Control narratives (PCN) for the projects to describe the detail behavior of the control system. Design Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) on AutoCAD that consist of process flow drawings, instrumentation and control layer and power monitoring systems. Program the control logic for water and wastewater SCADA systems on various PLC/PAC/RPU platforms including GE (90-30 and Rx3i), Allen Bradley (PLC5, SLC500 and Logix5000) and Schneider controllers etc. Configure and develop the HMI screens with desired standards as laid out by the clients in terms of Tagging, color schemes, setpoint, control button design, and popups. Formulate FAT (Factory acceptance test), SAT (Site acceptance Test) and O&M (Operation and Maintenance Manuals) as the integral component of project delivery to ensure the correct operation of SCADA system. Efficiently handle PLC and SCADA related maintenance calls from the clients to troubleshoot the bug in the control system

 Worked in the capacity of Shift In-charge in the Plant Maintenance Department. Managed and implemented the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule of the machines, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control using ERP (ORACLE) as a performance measurement tool. Assisted the Production dept. in terms of planning and implementing efficient annual maintenance shutdown activities. Responsible for monitoring the effective electrical operation of Hydrant Pump, Generator, Compressors, and points, etc. Responsible for Root cause analysis of the machine failures and ensured to eliminate the cause by working and assigning the tasks to the team of assistant engineers, supervisors, and workers. Designed and implemented PLC-based control systems for the plant machinery. Job in this regard includes developing logic to execute the required task, wiring of the control panel, and preparing the drawings.  Troubleshoot issues related to electrical controls, including PLC and hardwired controls for the manufacturing plant. The manufacturing plant consist of different shops, i.e., Foaming, Thermoforming, Inject Molding, Sheet Metal, Paint Shop, Plastic Sheet, and Assembly line. Worked with Variable Frequency Drive, including those of Siemens, Telemecanique, LSIS, etc and supervise the relevant projects like the installation of VFD at foaming plant trolley conveyor. “Kaizen” committee member that initiated and implemented different energy-saving projects. As an example, we have designed and implemented the automated control system for cooling towers resulting in substantial energy conservation.
