• Assist Manager Compensation in the development, implementation and administration of the executive compensation plans including salary, bonus, benefits and Long-term incentive program as well as benchmarking compensation standards and performance management program• Maintain and update personal data of all the employee of the company through HRIS and act as the power user and HR process specialist of the system and establish a databank to facilitate information by business heads• Incorporate and Customize policy into HRIS as functional expert• Administer payroll of both management and other employees of the organization• Provide training to user for HRIS operation• Coordinate with HR Consultant (pro-edge) for MS salary restructuring maintaining internal and external equity• Provide information payroll related to finance for accounting, budgeting, auditing and taxation purpose• Consult and coordinate with other departments to resolve questions, inconsistencies and missing• Validate system data integrity through periodic audit• Prepare appraisal procedure and calculate increment and performance incentive• Manager and maintain PF benefit as per company policy• Coordinate with Accounts department for HR and PF audit• Provide employee service as and when required• Reconciliation of salaries, expenses, other payments with accounts dept.
