FG Production  Vendor assessment at specific time interval  Analyze capacity utilization of machineries at supplier end and provide guideline for new investment  Collaborate with key persons of the plant to get the detail specification of the requirement for analyzing the scope and opportunities to make a cost effective procurement. Supervising all the Local and foreign procurement. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
