Head Of Enterprise Business Intelligence
Current■ Plan for the overall success of Analytics solution implementation and maintain the life cycle plans for all Analytics and business intelligence services and products■ Collaborate with cross-functional team of leaders, stakeholders, customers, data stewards, users, IT team members and other technical staff across the organization to design, implement and continuously improve BI services and deliverables to meet business needs■ Combine expertise in analytical and statistical methodologies and customer data with knowledge of business issues to recommend optimal Analytics approaches to challenges■ Deliver and upgrade the architecture, design and development of enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solutions in a life-cycle approach ■ Apply seasonality, response patterns and variances between expected and actual results in business performance analysis to create models■ Apply business insight to synthesis of data and present results and recommendations in writing and orally to management and stakeholders■ Identify new sources of actionable data, data-capture mechanisms, and means of data-integration into databases■ Lead and manage the work of the Business Intelligence team to ensure quality results■ Manage multiple simultaneous projects from request through implementation and release■ Perform data mining and statistical analysis to assess business opportunities and maximize operational efficiency■ Coordinate with team members, service support groups, and vendors to resolve any issues with BI applications■ Ensure compliance with data governance policies pertaining to BI data exchange■ Manage contracts, licensing, and vendor relationships to ensure the organization receives the greatest value from its software investments■ Ensure that BI Application users receive needed training in order to obtain the greatest benefits
