Control the dealer's sales activities by circulating in the market to make company's (Master Tiles and Sanitary Pvt. Ltd.) pricing policies applicable in the market among the potential buyers by auditing dealer's sales records and monitoring on-ground sales to the customer and to report in case of any violation.

Supervised the ongoing activation and promotion campaigns for the clients with a distinctive success (i-e) Unilever, Coca Cola etc.

To train, organize and deploy teams in the field assigning them targets on daily basis for the promotion and merchandising of the product having ongoing campaigns regarding "Proctor and Gamble Pvt. Ltd" brands.

Kept an eye on all the in-coming and out-going merchandise regarding construction material through checking of Inward, Outward Gate-pass, Purchases Bills and all the other documents related to it on daily basis. Visited the actual site once a week to physically audit the construction related material in various company owned stores.

Generate new customers through personal relations and to facilitate all the incoming customers to provide them all the information needed for them to develop an interest in buying Suzuki Brand Vehicles and to assist them properly from buying till delivery of the car. Also, to provide them Car Leasing and Financing opportunity through 1 window processing facility at our dealership and to maintain followup with our prestigious customers to keep them intact with our dealership in order to provide them after sales services.
