-With the use of provided technology, scan and monitor local andinternational newspapers,television, radio, Internet and social mediafor news items on behalf of company clients.-Use standard tools to determine trend and other analysis of"mentions" of clients and their products in the media.-Compile daily newsletters.-Monitor regional e-papers to ensure that all “mentions” arecaptured.-Compose and prepare periodic reports for clients about theirmedia occurrences.-Prepare and send sample newsletters for prospective clients.-Develop and update knowledge of our offerings and those of ourcompetitors including prices.-Setup client accounts on the system in accordance to instructionsprovided.-Capture and report on all client service measurements, production,and turnaround timemetrics.-Ensuring clients receive reports in a timely and accurate manner.-Conduct a system wide status check twice daily (morning &evening) and report results to supervisor.-Identify communications solutions for clients given review of theirresults-Provide alerts to supervisors of potential crisis that may beoccurring on the media landscape pertaining to clients.-Report to supervisor on system issues and updates on a weeklybasis.-Actively monitor trends in the media for various industries andreport same to supervisor.-Setup feeds for various Industries and monitor industry topics.-Liaise with international system partners/providers.

- Responsible for accepting and tracking all AUBMC Transfer center initiated interfacilitytransfers and transports.- Answer multiple phone lines and enter incoming calls for any and all requests.- Assign calls to appropriate resources; delegate to effectual parties.- Coordinate with Physicians, Transfer Center Nurse Case Manager, and facility staff toeffectively document consults and transfer requests.- Facilitate RN to RN nursing reports as part of the patient transfer process.- Data entry of patient information.- Communicate with physicians if bed placement of a specific patient will be problematic.- Assist in data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and analyzing of triage problems for thepurpose of developing and implementing protocols, policies and procedures.- Provide assistance in maintaining accurate database of information.- Deal effectively with dissatisfied customers.-Responsible for the financial clearance part which include coordination with billing officers, insurance companies, NGO’s, admission office, financial-supporting institutions, and families of patients.-Checking bed availability with the nursing stations and assigning them when needed
