As a software engineer, it's been a long and tough journey. I started in the industry as an intern doing multiple internships wherever I found them and learning from the experience.Working as a web developer from task to task and grabbing opportunities whenever I had a chance to do something different other than coding.With the time and opportunities, I started to lead a team of 1 and then 2 members. Learning from my seniors and mistakes, now I am leading 2 teams of 8 members altogether. Working on multiple projects side by side. Also, I have been part of Bootcamp sessions for freshies coming from different educational backgrounds.Now, I have started to do the project management and planning stuff as well. Organizing different tasks and collaborating with multiple teams as well as stakeholders.
