I am a dynamic and friendly professional with 7+ years experience in Banking & Financial industry with a solid background in Customer Service which I have gained from Bank of Ceylon, Sri Lanka. I enjoy communicating and talking to different people. I feel that I pick up new things quickly and can adapt to different environments. In my previous roles as bank teller, personal banking assistant, pawning assistant and credit assistant I utilised my communication skill, patience and understanding of banking products to assist customers. I work well using computerised systems and have learnt many internal banking systems fast. Working effectively as a member of a team is important to me.
