My journey encompasses a diverse array of roles, from supporting governance compliance and collating data to driving program effectiveness and fostering transparency.In my current role, I am deeply involved in ensuring adherence to statutory governance requirements by meticulously implementing necessary amendments to organizational documents. I play a pivotal role in facilitating induction, recruitment, and training programs for trustees and committee members, ensuring their active engagement and participation. Moreover, my experience extends to supporting fundraising activities and contributing to the capacity building of other offices within the Muslim Hands network.Previously, as a Programmes Research Officer at Muslim Hands Islamabad, I conducted qualitative assessments across various cities in Pakistan, analyzing data to derive insights crucial for program effectiveness and impact. My ability to generate clear, concise research reports based on data analysis has been instrumental in establishing baseline studies and informing strategic decisions.With a solid educational background including an ongoing Doctor of Philosophy in Corporate Governance, complemented by MSc degrees in International Business and Engineering Management, I bring a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to the table.
