Corporate Business Operations, Jubilee Health Insurance• Data and Business Analysis of panel hospitals in terms of patient traffic and business provided to hospitals in different cities.• Communication with hospitals and clients to resolve their queries.• Enlistment of hospitals on the panel • Rate list negotiation with hospitals and discounts • Research and verifications of Hospital bills and Reimbursement bill discrepancies and investigation of potentially fraudulent claims.• Review corporate health insurance policies to determine coverage• Application of Reasonable and Customary charges (R&C) on reimbursement claims, as per benchmark.• Responsible for the clearance of outstanding hospital claims • To coordinate with claim processing officers to make sure on-time processing and payments of hospital claims as per approvals and policy• Business analysis and reports; business provided to hospitals by Jubilee Insurance.• Preparing and sending payment details/reports of online payments made to panel hospitals.• Maintain and provide claims report to hospitals• To maintain a good relationship with panel hospitals by calling them from time to time. • Visit to panel hospitals for evaluation, to check the quality of services provided to Jubilee health card holders and determine any new addition of facility or service at the hospital.• Surprise visit to suspicious hospitals to inspect potentially suspicious activities
