Current- Oversee a team of network support engineers and manage daily operations of the team.- Monitor metrics and performance, ensuring targets are met.- Identify training needs and offer coaching.- Perform and assess monthly and quarterly performance reviews to motivate staff and minimize burnout.- Acknowledge and reward high performance.- Forecast and plan workforce requirements according to business needs.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce productivity.-Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex inquiries.-Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.-Communicate effectively with upper management and other departments to align goals and resolve issues.
