This is to include demonstrating, in full, the technology within the vehicle and ensuring customers mobile devices are paired radio stations are set to the customer preferences.• Presenting personalized handover gifts to customer.• Arranging, via appointment, a complimentary post - handover invitation back into the retailer to assist with additional technical customer needs.• Final check of delivery / handover files into sales administration department making sure all forms, document etc are complete with signature when required.
