Project: Aramco Voltage Conversion VCP-III, Dhahran1-Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.2- Resource Management: Coordinate with various teams and departments to allocate resources effectively, including labour, equipment, and materials. Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently to maximize project productivity.3- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including SAPMT, SAPID, Proponent, Utility, FRPD, SAPOD and Housing Department, and address their concerns and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.4- Quality and Safety Compliance: Attend weekly quality meeting with SAPID to resolve the quality issues, apply corrective actions to maintain Aramco Quality & Safety standards.5- Construction Supervision: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain progress.6- Change Management: Attend scope alignment meetings with SAPMT, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget to assess the impact and implement appropriate adjustments.7- Progress Reporting: Prepared regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders and management, effectively communicating project status, milestones, and any pertinent issues.

1- Manage a wide range of electrical and civil activities for production wells, water injection, and steam wells.2-Ensure all projects are delivered on time, complying with OXY standards, quality, and HSE.3- Prepare plans, and resource allocation, monitor site progress, and review all work progress reports.4- Preparing monthly revenue forecasting for the upper management defining the status of projects, risks and obstacles. 5- Coordinate, manage and attend daily meetings and site inspections and follow up with all involved parties. 6- Cost control and maintaining all project logs.7- Permits plan as per ISSOW Standard.

 Carry out the operation procedures for 64 Pump substations (33/0.415 KV,300KVA Transformer-200HP Pump). Troubleshooting for Motors(200HP), Soft starters, Motor Pumps, MDP and PFC for all substations.  Operation and Maintenance for the Electrical Grid 33 KV-Phase One. Create the Preventive Maintenance Program. Supervise the installation works for 33KV OHL, Substations, SCADA system for Phase two. Carry out Testing, Commissioning & Handover of all Electrical Installation to the Client.Acting Project Coordinator:- PM assisting, follow up work execution, review contracts, issuing work completion certificates for Electromechanical and civil Sub-contractors.

• Design, Installation and Testing commissioning for the below Electrical Panels: Power Factor correction for (11&0.415) KV Main and Sub-main Distribution panels ATS, Motor Starters and Metering Panels Control Panels for several purposes.*Knowledge and experiences in Electrical panels: Well known for Schematic diagrams analysis and Manuals. wiring for PFC Relays, ATS Controllers, Motor starters and Meters. Setting, program and Troubleshooting for PFC, ATS Controller several Brands (EPCOS, LOVATO, DUCATI, Schneider, ABB).  Load profiles, Case study for Harmonic management systems and power factor correction in Medium and Low voltage
