+ Working with opportunity leaders to submit techno commercial proposals+ Responsible for generating MV, LV, Industrial as well as Digital offers+ Expertise in making tailor made service level agreements+ Maintaining a complete project log with all important correspondence as proof of technical decision making/variations+ Reporting the offers status in BFO and documenting reasons for lost opportunities+ Providing back end support to opportunity leaders for technical clarifications+ Identifying and minimizing unnecessary exposure or risk using S.E Booking rules+ Coordinating with product managers to keep building/improving technical expertise+ Mapping and developing in house and partner competencies+ Suggesting cost effective alternatives to competitor products+ Utilizing market feedbacks for varying price positioning+ Managing efficient reduction in time to quote/deliver+ Handing over won opportunities to Operations teams

+ Attending design review workshops to establish correct shop drawings+ Attending constructability review for all scope of work to identify hurdles+ Supervising Execution activities on site+ Ensuring works as per the latest revision of drawings+ Reviewing the approved MARs and ensuring compliance+ Reviewing the method statements and conducting team briefings accordingly+ Reporting to the project manager regarding daily targets/progress+ Using the right tools (e.g. Aconex etc.) to keep up to date with latest developments in the project + Addressing the pre-requisites for all subcontractors prior to their mobilization+ Liaison with client’s inspectors for installation inspections and approvals+ Addressing objections raised during inspections and closing NCRs+ Coordinating with internal QA/QC teams and raising any possible issues+ Conducting toolbox talks with manpower and briefings on job hazards+ Coordinating with other contractors on site to avoid rework+ Compiling biweekly dossier with installation approvals for billing purpose+ Providing all necessary support to specialist testing & commissioning teams
