I am currently the Head of Business Development for FAWRI, the remittance division of Bank AlJazira, one of the leading banks in Saudi Arabia.As the Head of Business Development, I am responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end strategy for FAWRI, from structuring the organization, securing the approvals from internal and external stakeholders, managing the budget and financial analysis, developing the products and marketing, and launching the services on digital channels. I have also established and maintained strong relationships with major MTOs and correspondent banks across the globe, such as WU, RIA, and MoneyGram. Some of my key achievements include growing FAWRI from 0 to 65 branches, achieving 89M net profit, and implementing the pilot phase for KIOSK and mobile app. I have a proven track record of leading and empowering teams to success, while ensuring quality, cost, and time efficiency.
