Key Responsibilities:While working for LOCOG I was responsible for the day-to-day running of Eton Manor TransportationHub (Northern Mall). My main duties included leading a team of Crowd & Traffic Marshals to maintain smooth Site Operations during the tenure of the Olympic Games 2012. Responsible for end-to-end follow-up for customers and ensuring the operations work according to the given guideline. Managed Rota’s, pay slips and allocate staffing roles for day-to-day operations. Held daily briefings with the Marshals and coordinated with third party contractors to accomplish a safe working environment.
