My overarching responsibilities as an ESG and Climate Consultant at AGS include: -Active participation in the business development process with specific focus on companies listed at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.-Development of training manuals based on use of applicable frameworks within UAE for the digital tools deployed w.r.t ESG data management and GHG mapping.-Engagement with strategy and implementation partners to support in developing proposals and pitches for ESG related projects. -Engaging with clients to provide end to end ESG services along with the partners, from framework identification to GHG accounting to sustainability reporting disclosure. -Serving as a focal point between clients and partners to improve efficiency and ensure reliability.-Conducting high level research on climate risk identification and integration.-Supporting clients in devising de-carbonization strategies and climate transition plans.

It was a truly transformative experience that shaped my understanding regarding the state of climate policy with a global perspective. Conducted climate modelling using different global and regional models like GCM's, PRECIS, Echam 5, ERA 14 and analysis using GrADS in both Windows and LINUX OS.studied the mean temperature changes over different time scales and effect of temperature on different other interdependent parameters.
