I have an expertise in Positive Mental Health, People Development and Project Management. I have extensive experience in people’s capacity building activities regarding personal development and maintaining positive mental health. I am excellent in consultancy, advising, leading, coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of effective learning & development programs and organizational development initiatives. My skills range from training designing and implementation to trainee mobilization and effective resource management. My special focus has been on helping young people develop positive mental health. My interest is also focused on equipping, coaching, mentoring and counseling people with the aim of increasing their level of empowerment and motivation at different levels of communities both national and international.In the past decade and more years, I have trained, coached, mentored and counseled over 5000 young people. I have been involved in diversified organizations that are SC, PLC, NGOs, and FBOs in leadership roles and as senior staff full-time as well as part-time.
