AWiB Ethiopia

The Association of Women in Boldness (AWiB) is a membership-driven association that is, first and foremost, a networking platform. Our primary focus is working on cultivating leadership and entrepreneurship. Our members are mid-level career women, business owners, and others. AWiB provides an environment where they are encouraged to be bold, innovative, norm-defying, and risk-taking. AWIB strives to strengthen the pool of women in leadership positions and to enable women to pull each other to where their dreams take them.
