Achievements- Delivered on-time IT integration programme following Shell acquisition of BG including a few million dollars of savings.- Advised two Shell Joint Ventures with their ERP Strategy.- Consulted the business regarding challenges associated with asset integrity focusing on pipeline right-of-way surveillance. Achievements- Took over and turned around a Records Management project that was 2 years beyond its target, have spent its entire budget (10’s of million dollars), and has only deployed to 30% of scope. Delivered remaining scope successfully within new baseline time and budget.- Delivered major change management component in projects including influencing a large group of senior business stakeholders in several countries.- Led the initial phase of SharePoint Implementation and managed a wide range of external dependencies, set-up infrastructure in 6 operating companies.- Led a multi-disciplinary team that delivered and implemented guidelines for managing Asset Information and Data Management in Upstream & Integrated Gas.- Led a successful redesign of the data quality management guidelines as part of Shell’s IT Project Delivery Framework.- Contributed to framing Information and Data Management plans for multiple operating units and joint ventures in multiple countries.Responsibilities- Managed Global IT and Information Management Projects with implementation across Shell Operating Units in multiple countries.- Led project teams (8 to 46 team members in 12 countries)- Managed annual budget of several million US Dollars- Held the role of Global Functional Lead for Information & Data Quality Management for the Upstream business, acting as chief internal consultant.
