 Manage project development from initiation to closure. Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor. Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing. Act as a mediator between stakeholders, high management and team members. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to sponsor and higher management as well Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.  Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants
