- Commence to work independently to accomplish KPIs target & report to BD Director on sales & branding/marketing activities- Work jointly with other team leads/ members to design most competitive proposals & sales pitches for all kinds of research projects & identify opportunities for transforming more leads into sales- Design full research packages for different objectives & goals, from methodologies, research outcomes, plan out budget & timeline to questionnaire (Quantitative) & discussion guide (Qualitative) design- Manage company’s website, fan-page, LinkedIn profile to enhance customer satisfaction through digital touchpoints- Release quarterly consumers reports on hot trends/ topics to provide client an up to date & insightful understanding of consumers- Accountable for evolving business decks, sales materials, internal/external training materials, innovative research solutions & publications- Verbally deliver research results & public reports to team leads & BOD- Assist Director in supporting, guiding & training newbies of the team- Other tasks assigned by director & team leads

- Work directly with multiple clients, especially FMCG, to consult pertinent research package that meet their needs, in terms of methodologies, budget, timing, KPI, expected outcomes & adapt to client’s particular requirements- Support in PR & branding/ MKT activities by planning strategies for 3-6-12month period, creating & deliver abundance of quality contents on digital platforms (website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)- Planning to develop informative materials for sales & MKT purposes: business deck, sales materials, innovative research solutions, publications- Support other team leads in business meetings & presentations- Contribute reports & analysis to serve as value added to clients

- Accommodate line manager in crafting research quotations, proposals & pitches utilizing appropriate methods, key measurement & expected outcomes for clients in different categories- Oversee CRM system for tracking, updating & managing past & on-going projects & clients, so as to create CRM strategies customized for each client - Support in arranging educational seminars/ workshops (materials, logistics, PR activities, etc.)- Other requests from line manager/ director

- Assist line manager in daily business tasks to grow & maintain company's digital presence- Develop compelling & attractive contents on different social platforms- Preserve & enhance website’s performance using CMS software- Plan for promotion campaigns throughout the year & measure campaign effectiveness - Work directly with suppliers & clients to make sure products come in right quantity, right time & high quality before distributing to offline & online retail channels - Update databases & manage customer relationship via digital touchpoints (website, fanpage, Instagram)

- Accountable for content planning & branding on digital channels- In charge of preparing & designing materials that used for marketing purposes- Monitor trends & competitors to improve course quality & learners' satisfactions- Report directly to director on daily tasks to meet deadlines
