The targets include:- BIM plan management (internal and project plans).- BIM personnel management (hiring and planning human resources for the office/project).- BIM quality management (preparing templates, workflows, processes, and guides).- BIM cost management (estimating BIM project costs, human costs, and facility costs).- BIM risk management (managing extra costs, time, and human resources, and providing solutions to limit risks).
