 Manage Roundtable, which is an intimate discussion group focusing on issues surrounding the API community Manage Womxn Program including the “369 Series,” and the Generasian Womxn’s Conference which are interactive programs focusing on the struggles and challenges of an Asian Pacific Islander womxn  Manage the Youth and Community Outreach Program creating a college pipeline for high school students from API descent and more.  Advise the Asian Pacific Islander Student Advisory Council, a council consisting of 13 – 15 Asian Pacific Islander affiliation organizations. Assist with managing certain APSP’s budget for the fiscal year.  Supervise a team of undergraduate student staff.

 Manages the Resident Assistant program, which includes the selection process, comprehensive trainings and retreats; and providing work direction through weekly meetings and annual evaluations Advises and assesses 26 Resident Assistants and residential programming boards to implement comprehensive programming models Collaborates with college and university officials and departments in the management of student crises Provides counseling, conflict mediation, enforcement of university policy, and resolves conduct issues Manages a portion of the residential programming budget Software Proficiencies: Persona, SharePoint, and Residential Management System (RMS)

- Work in a traditional residence hall with a living and learning community (Substance-Free floor) - Supervise a staff of 6 Resident Assistants, and managed a $1,500 programming and supply budget- Serve in a weekly on-call rotation, respond to crisis intervention and conflict resolution for residents- Collaborate with supervisors and the Dean of Students Office to implement student discipline in accordance with the Code of Student Conduct and principles of due process- Promote health and safety standards through weekly building inspections and report facility concerns- Assist in Resident Assistant recruitment, selection, training, and staff development - Supervise, train, and evaluate 7 Residence Halls Improvement Crew members during the summer - Software Proficiencies: Onity, Banner, Conduct Coordinator, Sakai, Blackboard

- Co-coordinate and execute the Multicultural Leadership Team (MLT) retreat - Advise and mentor MLT, a group of 30 student leaders working towards social justice; advocate for multicultural competency, diversity, and inclusion for campus life- Plan and facilitate presentations and class discussions to enhance students’ leadership skills and personal developments

- Worked in the Assessment Office on WEAVEonline project, an assessment and planning management system to review University department’s strategic plans, monitor progresses and accomplishments- Present Assessment and Planning Management Software tutorials and workshops for faculty and staff - Review and select mini-grants requests to support individuals and departments for assessing student learning, curriculum and program development
