Current* Team Supporting Managing, training, motivating and mentoring consultants, devoted to specific industry sectors, to not just achieve but to exceed profit targets in a friendly, dynamic team environment. Lead the team to act as a trusted advisors, evaluating candidates and their references, negotiating salaries and conditions, and generally offering advice to all parties to ensure a smooth transition* Candidate and client management Approach clients in specific industry sectors to gain senior level vacancies and handle senior job placement orders from start to finish (including timely collection of fees) Conduct interviews of applicants to identify suitable senior candidates for placement purposesPrepare/follow up proposals with clients in cooperation with managers/consultantsAchieve individual and department target as per agreed KPIs* Business Development & StrategiesActively market the company/ services to clients and candidatesAssist with division/ company business development needsDevelop the business, build up/maintain good clients relationshipCollect/relay market information to superior maximizing business opportunitiesCooperate with other managers/ consultants to meet corporate target and provide excellent customer services to clients
