I was assigned to a project team working on a 605,000 square foot industrial spec warehouse. I worked closely with our senior superintendent and assistant superintendents. My experience consisted of: -Identifying potential problems and developing creative solutions-Managing work with subcontractors and attending weekly meetings-Developed and maintained relationships with Owners-Took meeting minutes to document relevant information-Documented and took pictures of the jobsite to log progress-Studied blueprints and drawings-Wrote RFIs and familiarized myself with submittals-Managed and updated the 4 week look ahead schedule

Job shadowed the Vice President of Construction during the development of several multi-family construction projects. I sat in various meetings and visited multiple project sites to better understand the sequencing of construction.
