• Develop existing client relationships as well as build new relationships at all supervisory and management levels. • Ensure that client orders are being filled with qualified field staff promptly and to clients' satisfaction. • Complete weekly quality and productivity audits on all branch operations standards. • Provide supervision for placement processes including taking of applications, interviewing and data entry of applicant and associate information. • Supervise and coordinate the work of branch Staffing Specialists and other staff. • Oversee daily branch operations including, but not limited to, hiring new staff, terminations, communicating changes in staff to corporate human resources, office supply ordering, account payable, accounts receivable, advertising, facilities maintenance, and branch payroll processing. • Coach and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action as necessary. • Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance (Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources, Legal, WOTC, etc.) • Financial management of branch operations (budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L review, credit and collections, etc.) • Maintain corporate image and reputation via involvement with local community organizations. • Develop an ongoing recruitment plan utilizing current database of associates and applicants as well as identifying new recruitment areas.

Greater New York City Area

• Exposure to reporting and analysis in support of the following processes: strategic plan, annual operating plan, board presentations, quarterly earnings release, weekly sales analysis, competitive reviews, cash flow forecasting, business unit dashboards, and deep dive analysis as needed. • Responsible for special projects; including support of any M&A activity as well as TEOA related process improvements or other Company broad initiatives.• Expected to provide timely and accurate financial information to corporate FP&A leaders in support of corporate executive team, investor relations, global business units, SEC reporting and key business and functional leaders. • Expected to move quickly between projects and provide sound analytical recommendation to senior finance management inside and outside of the department.• Required to create a presentation summarizing the projects completed throughout internship.
