I help the design studio through the process of FF&E procurement from start to finish. I create initial budgets, price items, build proposals to send to the clients. Once proposals are approved, I place purchase orders and ensure the items are correct and delivered on time. I schedule the installs at the end of the project and invoice the client at the end.

I created purchase orders in NetSuite for both internal and external orders. I tracked orders and kept in close communication with the sales team about delivery of items and also inventory of items. I helped accounting to close out the orders in our system as well.
