• My current duties can be briefly summarized as follows:
• Act as primary liaison between flight crew and all other departments for flight assignments, flight planning, and flight following.
• Perform operational control to include: aircraft assignment, weather monitoring, delay notification, NOTAMS review, flight release check list and risk/safety of flight assessments.
• Review crew rest and duty periods before flight to help ensure the safe operation of the 2nd largest fleet of part 135 aircraft in the United States.
• Monitor aircraft in-flight (flight following emails, calls, weather, in-flight diversions, emergencies) and establish contact with appropriate parties in the event of unscheduled events or itinerary change.
• Create detailed operational outlook reports in regards to future endurance, routing, weather, airfield, and TFR restrictions.

Maitland, Florida

• Created the position in the company to plan aircraft/crew schedules and legalities. Helped to prepare for the acquisition of a 121 certificate.
• Performed scheduling duties for the EMB 145 and EMB 120 fleets under the 135 certificate during FAA Proving runs.
• Maintained a fair and flexible crewmember and aircraft flying schedule in accordance with company policy and applicable FARs.
• Thorough FOS training and integration, built and assigned a month of flight schedule in advance, and created many different crewmember and maintenance activities.
• Scheduled and input multiple crewmember currency items, and tracked 293 / 297 / 299 expirations.
• Provided quick response and effective resolutions to last minute charter changes, flight diversions, crewmember exceptions, and maintenance issues.

Orlando, Florida Area

• Planned and assigned flight crews (Captains, First Officers, Flight Attendants) their duty periods for all scheduled and ADHOC missions.
• Tracked and monitored crew movement and reassigning of flight crews to ensure their legality and availability.
• Communicated duty assignments changes and various information to flight crews, mechanics, load masters and passenger service representatives.
• Coordinated crew availability for training events with Flight Operations and Inflight Training.
• Monitored and managed irregular operations and daily flight operations for crew conflicts, including but not limited to duty time compliance, crew legality, and company policy.
• Located crews and create rotations to cover non-availability of crews due to no shows, illness, legality issues, personal emergencies or any other issues.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area

• Airborne Mission Systems Operator / Senior Surveillance Technician
• Supervised a team of surveillance personnel responsible for the identification of all aircraft within our area of operations, and managed the tactical data-link system to provide real time imagery of the airspace to.
• Engaged in 4 deployments with flights over Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria.
• Flew in support of multiple named operations and POTUS/VIP TFRs, and Logged over 2000 hours of flight time as an enlisted aircrew member on the E-3 Sentry AWACS.Personnel / Flight Scheduling Supervisor
• Led section scheduling department. Maintained personnel flying and ground schedules. Assured fleet of 330-million-dollar E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft surveillance crew was fully manned on every mission assigned..
