My current duties can be briefly summarized as follows: • Act as primary liaison between flight crew and all other departments for flight assignments, flight planning, and flight following. • Perform operational control to include: aircraft assignment, weather monitoring, delay notification, NOTAMS review, flight release check list and risk/safety of flight assessments.• Review crew rest and duty periods before flight to help ensure the safe operation of the 2nd largest fleet of part 135 aircraft in the United States.• Monitor aircraft in-flight (flight following emails, calls, weather, in-flight diversions, emergencies) and establish contact with appropriate parties in the event of unscheduled events or itinerary change.• Create detailed operational outlook reports in regards to future endurance, routing, weather, airfield, and TFR restrictions.• Perform international arrangements which can include: customs, handling and over flight exemptions.• Coordinate with crew to plan efficient technical stops, customs clearances and aircraft logistics (de-icing, hangar rentals, etc.) • Prepare crew notifications and duty time assignments to include the distribution of crew briefings and trip sheets.• Conduct fuel purchasing and provide FBO assignments / notifications for each flight.   • Update and manage contract-fuel cards in addition to negotiating fuel discounts with FBO’s and contract fuel vendors • Coordinate and schedule maintenance, training, and currency flights and activities• Conduct any additional logistics for owner, charter, and member trips.

• Created the position in the company to plan aircraft/crew schedules and legalities. Helped to prepare for the acquisition of a 121 certificate. • Performed scheduling duties for the EMB 145 and EMB 120 fleets under the 135 certificate during FAA Proving runs.• Maintained a fair and flexible crewmember and aircraft flying schedule in accordance with company policy and applicable FARs.• Thorough FOS training and integration, built and assigned a month of flight schedule in advance, and created many different crewmember and maintenance activities. • Scheduled and input multiple crewmember currency items, and tracked 293 / 297 / 299 expirations.• Provided quick response and effective resolutions to last minute charter changes, flight diversions, crewmember exceptions, and maintenance issues.• Coordinated ground transportation, hotels, and air travel to and from duty for crewmembers.

Airborne Mission Systems Operator / Senior Surveillance Technician• Supervised a team of surveillance personnel responsible for the identification of all aircraft within our area of operations, and managed the tactical data-link system to provide real time imagery of the airspace to the ground. • Engaged in 4 deployments with flights over Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. • Flew in support of multiple named operations and POTUS/VIP TFRs, and Logged over 2000 hours of flight time as an enlisted aircrew member on the E-3 Sentry AWACS.Personnel / Flight Scheduling Supervisor• Led section scheduling department.
