Nathan Hayes is a Senior Vice President at Marand Builders, Inc., with over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate, managing projects worth over $250 million. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, committed to sustainable building practices. Nathan is also a devoted member of the Church of Eleven22. As Chairman of the board for Hartfelt Ministries, he advocates for elders’ peaceful living in their homes. Nathan holds a Florida General Contractor License, OSHA 30-hour, CEWA, and Mold Assessment & Remediation 14-hour certifications. A graduate of the University of North FL, he completed a Harvard Data Analytics Executive Course. Nathan enjoys family time with his wife, Jessica, and their two children, Violet and Grafton.
